SUMMARY:Mobile Week Málaga
DESCRIPTION:Mobile Week Malaga is a city project\, led by the City Council of Malaga and will be coordinated by FYCMA (Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga)\, which will be responsible for the organization of this week of activities. \nIt will be a wide program of activities that will make up this week entirely dedicated to technology in Malaga with conferences\, debates\, exhibitions\, workshops and other family activities\, all of them aimed at the citizens of Malaga and totally free of charge. Four main axes will define Mobile Week Malaga 2021\, with different thematic areas to be addressed within these blocks. In terms of digital transformation\, activities will focus on new smart cities\, disruptive technologies\, digital territories\, and smart and sustainable mobility. In the training block\, activities will be encompassed within STEAM women\, talent and work\, education and learning. In communication\, leisure\, and communication and networks will be the topics to be addressed. And in the sustainability block\, activities will address migration\, health and life sciences\, and new economies. \nMobile Week Malaga in December this year\, the first major event already planned\, which will allow to move the technology to the daily life of the people of Malaga\, thus helping to reduce the digital divide through activities and free workshops. In this way\, Malaga becomes part of the list of cities and territories that this year will also celebrate its Mobile Week.

DESCRIPTION:In this Mobile Day\, we will talk about digital transformation\, process optimisation and teleworking\, but with a broader perspective. \nAfter a year of uncertainty\, of acting in an improvised way in many cases\, we now have the value of experience\, and we can draw conclusions. We will share the experience that many companies have had during this time and they will tell us how they are going to face this new season: continue with teleworking\, opt for a hybrid model or return to face-to-face work. \nThe event will include the intervention of institutional positions such as Susana Carillo\, Deputy Mayor and Delegate for Innovation and Urban Digitalisation\, who will talk about the great attraction of Malaga for investment and attracting international talent\, and Raúl Jiménez\, Director of the Digital Agency of Andalusia\, who will offer strategic information on digital transformation. \nDuring the day\, and as part of the activities of Mobile Week Malaga\, the Digital Leaders awards will be presented to the Junta de Andalucía for the new Citizen’s Portal\, which will be collected by the Minister of the Presidency Elías Bendodo. \nWe will talk about: \n\nInnovation and digitalisation\, necessary pillars to adapt to the post covid era.\nHow to optimise companies’ sales teams.\nOptimisation of processes\, gaining in competitiveness and productivity.\nSustainability\, a priority objective for companies.\nReinventing talent recruitment in the new global scenario brought about by teleworking\, new challenges in the recruitment sector.\nTeleworking\, the experience of companies: face-to-face\, virtual or hybrid\, which model will prevail?\nLeading teams remotely\, a constant challenge.
