SUMMARY:Liderando el camino
DESCRIPTION:Andalucía Management\, now in its fourteenth edition\, has established itself as the meeting point for the Andalusian business community. Through renowned personalities\, it persists with its founding idea of not only reflecting on current issues\, but also maintaining the family atmosphere that\, edition after edition\, has ensured that more than 80% of its attendees have attended six or more editions. \nUnder the title “Leading the way”\, key concepts will be explored in the current business context\, in which digitalisation\, creativity and the ability to adapt are essential for competitiveness. Leading the way means innovating\, thinking outside the box\, looking for creative solutions. \nThe Andalucía Management Awards will be presented as part of this event. These awards are intended to give public recognition to those Andalusian companies that\, for their work\, effort and achievements in different areas of the business world\, deserve to be highlighted and awarded. In this edition\, more than 200 candidatures have been presented in the three categories: Family Business\, Business Development and Social Impact. \nAimed at all those entrepreneurs and professionals who perform management functions within a company and who participate in decision-making processes. To do so\, they need to have a global vision of the organisation and its environment\, as well as knowledge of business trends and markets.
