SUMMARY:TalentLab Málaga 2025
DESCRIPTION:TalentLab Malaga is an initiative to boost the skills and talent of young people from Malaga\, aimed at identifying\, recognising and highlighting emerging talent in the province of Malaga. With the active participation of the main companies in Malaga\, the young people will take part in a process in which they will develop their skills and increase their chances of joining the labour market. \nThe project is completed with a programme of workshops that will take place over three days in Malaga city with top-level speakers. Twenty-five (25) young people from Malaga\, who at the time of registration have the possibility of an internship agreement with the university. They will have the opportunity to explore real business cases\, discovering the importance for business management\, creativity\, teamwork\, openness to the outside world\, innovation and leadership models. It will be three (3) days of total immersion in a high-level training experience.
