ITF Spain 2025 addresses the limits of traditional Moore’s Law scaling and the need for new processes and novel materials to sustain computing progress. imec Spain will drive this shift with a 300 mm pilot line for specialised chips, complementing imec’s advanced CMOS process line. Keynotes and panels will cover imec Spain’s concrete plans, access to imec’s platforms for health, AR/VR, data/telecom, AI, and mobility, and how they strengthen local and global ecosystems.

Sessions will also focus on developing skilled semiconductor talent and the role of deep‑tech startups in accelerating innovation. As the first edition in Spain of imec’s global tour, ITF Spain convenes industry, government, and academia, backed by imec’s network of 600+ top‑tier partners.
