Please, refer to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to sort any of your doubts when organising, exhibiting or visiting FYCMA. If you cannot find an answer to your question, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Where can I check today’s activities?

You can check all the events taking place at FYCMA in the Calendar section of the website.

Where can I buy tickets or register to attend the FYCMA Calendar events?

Our home page has a carousel to visualise the events and directly redirect you to the link of the respective organiser. In addition, in our Visit section, you can register and/or buy tickets for all the events and fairs held in our facilities.

I have a company, how can I exhibit at an event?

If you would like to exhibit at an event or fair at FYCMA, you can send us your proposal in our contact form and leave us your details so that we can provide you with the information you need. We will reply as soon as possible.

What spaces can I use to hold an event at FYCMA?

You can access the Spaces section to see the distribution map and all the detailed information about each of the rooms at FYCMA.

Where is the Reception, Attention and Referral Centre for Ukrainian Displaced Persons (CREADE) located?

It is located in Avenida de José Ortega y Gasset, in front of Corte Inglés Bahía.

Is there an ATM available on the installations?

The venue has an ATM service in the Main Hall.

What are the nearest hotels?

We have a wide variety of hotels so that you can relax with the maximum guarantee of comfort and quality. You can consult them in the Travel and Accommodation section.

Is FYCMA an accessible place?

The main entrance to the building is prepared for people with reduced mobility. Inside the building you can access any space thanks to the ramps and lifts. We have a translation and interpretation service and intelligent orientation devices via Bluetooth.

Does FYCMA offer free parking?

FYCMA has a large, free car park so that you can park easily.

Do Trade Fairs and Congresses have a mobile application?

All the fairs organised by FYCMA itself that you can find in the Exhibithors section can be downloaded from both Google Play and the App Store.

How can I host an event at FYCMA?

If you want to hold an event or fair at FYCMA, you can send your proposal to info@fycma.com  or fill out our Contact form and send it to us so that we can provide all the information you need. We will get in touch as soon as possible.

How can I get to FYCMA?

Getting to FYCMA is very easy. Our strategic location allows you to reach our facilities in no more than 15 or 20 min. depending on traffic conditions. In our How to get here section, we explain the best travel routes in more detail, depending on your location and means of transportation.

I am a news agent/agency and I want to be accredited to cover an event.

You can request information for the coverage of our events at prensa@fycma.com. In case of meetings organised by third parties, we will endeavour our best efforts to get in touch with the organisation.

Does FYCMA have Internet access?

In all fairs organised by FYCMA we provide free and public access to a Wi-Fi network whose data will be provided at information points and/or by the organisation’s staff. We have two types of broadband that can be used depending on the device, one with 2.4G frequency and another with 5G frequency for a more optimal navigation in those devices that are enabled for that.

In the case of users with more specific needs, such as exhibitors, we offer the possibility of purchasing Internet access that can be specifically tailored to your needs (bandwidth, symmetry …).

For other events organized by third parties, in order to find out more about the Internet access, we advise you to contact the organiser or go to the information point upon arrival at the event.

We offer Wi-Fi network service for those companies that organise an event in our facilities. If you are exhibiting at any of the fairs or events and you need Internet access, please contact the commercial department responsible for said event.

What are the opening times of FYCMA reception?

Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 18:30 hours non-stop, except for public holidays. Exceptionally, weekends may be available if the needs of an event so require.

Is there any information point I can go to at each fair?

Information points may vary depending on the event or fair. You will always find an information counter in the main foyer, in access control points and at the entrance to the event itself. You can find staff of the organisation in different points of our premises that will help you at all times and sort out your doubts.

I will be carrying luggage, is there a left-luggage service?

Usually the events held at FYCMA have a left-luggage area as well as a cloakroom. In any case, we recommend contacting the organisation of the event you want to attend.

Is there a restaurant area in the building?

FYCMA has two cafeterias. At least one of them is open all-year round, except on holidays, from 9 am to 4 pm. All events held at FYCMA have a catering area during the opening hours of said events.

The catering area offers breakfast and lunch – sandwiches, snacks, tasting menus – during each event held at FYCMA.

I will need to take a taxi when I leave my event.

There is a taxi rank in front of the main access to the venue, whose activity varies according to the number of people expected at each event. If there are no taxis available when you leave our premises, we can book one with our reception staff or you can call the taxi company directly at: 952 32 00 00.

Is there a bicycle and electric scooters parking area?

Yes, it is located on the left side of the main entrance to FYCMA.

Is there a lactation room?

Yes. FYCMA has a lactation room in pavilion 1. If you cannot find it or need help, please go to the information point provided for the event.

Can I enter the premises with my pet?

As a general rule, access with pets is permitted – one per person – with the exception of events or spaces within an event where food is prepared, handled or consumed, as well as at shows, sporting events or those similar to children’s playgrounds, or any other event where FYCMA or the organising company decides to expressly prohibit it because its nature or content makes it advisable to do so.
