Accessible Space

FYCMA puts its facilities and procedures through an on-going process of improvement and review to ensure that both its spaces and the development of the business are accessible to all people regardless of their abilities. This policy is implemented through the UNE 170001 Universal Accessibility certification and the adoption of the following measures:

– Accessibility system to ensure that any person can reach the building and its various operational spaces, identifying possible access routes, interaction elements and potential critical factors, in order to enable alternatives and solutions.

– Specialized training plans for staff.

– Adapted signage.

– Translation and interpretation service.

– Reserved spaces in rooms and adapted furniture, including elevators for auditorium floors.

– 100% accesible toilets and mechanisms.

– Smart guidance devices in the building (beepcons) using bluetooth technology for people with visual disabilities.
