13th JOMCAL Conference on Modernisation and Quality in Local Government

JOMCAL is a conference organized by Málaga City Council and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), focusing on Quality, Modernization, and Innovation in Local Public Administration. It covers areas such as Citizen Services, Change Management, Municipal Strategic Planning, E-Government, and New Technologies, all within the framework of local government.

In this edition, the programme will address topics including Artificial Intelligence in Local Governments, Digital Transformation and its social impact, Citizen Participation in Local Governments, Data as a fundamental element for the new reality, the Ethical Use of Artificial Intelligence, and Innovation and Connectivity in Cities.
