The 17th edition of Andalucía Management has established itself as the premier gathering for the Andalusian business community. In 2025, it brought together more than 650 business leaders and executives, representing over 370 companies from across Andalusia and other provinces in Spain.

Under the slogan “Leading the Unpredictable”, this year’s event will once again bring together leaders and professionals who are driving transformation and making a real impact in the business world, in a setting designed to foster the sharing of vision, experience and knowledge.

The programme will address major current challenges, such as business management, transformation, geopolitics, the economy, artificial intelligence, personal development, communication and leadership, through presentations that combine inspiration with practical insights.

As part of this event, the 16th edition of the Andalucía Management Awards will be held, recognising Andalusian talent in the categories of Family Business, Business Development and Social Impact, with over 200 entries received.
