Are you preparing for your visit to San Diego Comic Con Malaga?

The event organisers have created a frequently asked questions section on their website, which we recommend you consult here to get the most out of the experience. In addition, here are some useful tips on how to get to the venue, transport, accommodation, etc. It’s almost time!

FYCMA is well connected to Málaga city center and other key points in the city thanks to several EMT urban bus lines. Lines 4, 19, 20, and 22 provide direct access to the venue from areas such as Paseo del Parque, Alameda Principal, Campanillas, Los Prados, or the Teatinos Campus.

For the event, a special line will also be available: 64, with a frequency of less than 10 minutes and with visible event identifiers so that users can easily locate it. The identifiers are:

  • Towards FYCMA: CC Comic-Con
  • Towards City Center: CC CITY CENTER

This line starts from the city center (between Calle Larios and Puerta del Mar) and on its way to FYCMA runs along Avenida de Andalucía up to the Albert Camus roundabout, Avenida de la Aurora, Callejones del Perchel, and stops at Paseo de los Tilos, opposite the bus station (to provide service for travelers coming from the María Zambrano train station and the bus station itself). From there, the bus continues directly to FYCMA along Camino de San Rafael, ending at the stop near the Trade Fair and Congress Center, since access to the event takes place from that area.

If you are coming from outside Málaga, you can choose the Cercanías suburban train. The Victoria Kent station, just a few minutes’ walk from FYCMA, connects with towns in the metropolitan area such as Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Álora, or Cártama.

We recommend visiting the websites of EMT Málaga and/or the Renfe Málaga Cercanías train line map for further information.

Due to the event, the usual parking areas next to FYCMA will not be available, but three nearby parking areas will be enabled:

· Two areas on Avenida de las Malagueñas, just a few minutes’ walk from the venue

· One additional area next to El Corte Inglés Bahía Málaga, at Calle Hamlet nº 5

It is recommended to take these locations into account and allow enough time for access.

The taxi rank will be located on Camino de San Rafael, a short distance from FYCMA.

Yes. In addition to the general accessibility measures established by the organisation, FYCMA has specific services to meet different needs, such as a breastfeeding room and a toilet adapted for ostomates.
