TalentLab Málaga 2026

TalentLab Málaga is a training initiative launched by SUR. Its aim is to connect businesses with the academic world, building a bridge between young people’s academic careers and their future careers. Those selected receive theoretical and practical training from human resources professionals working in these companies, take part in workshops, and learn techniques to enhance their skills in every respect.

It is a unique opportunity for these young people to gain experience and shape their professional development. TalentLab Málaga also serves to answer the question everyone asks themselves when they leave university: what do companies expect of me and how can I improve my employability? A project which, after four editions, has already established itself as the best opportunity to make the transition from university to a first job in the province of Málaga.
