XII Conference on Modernisation and Quality in Local Administration (JOMCAL)

JOMCAL is a Conference, organized by the City Council of Malaga and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), whose theme deals with aspects related to Quality, Modernization and Innovation in Local Public Management, in areas such as Citizen Services, Change Management, Municipal Strategic Planning, e-Government or New Technologies, always within the scope of Local Government. Specifically, this edition will address issues such as Digital Transformation of Local Administrations, Citizen Participation in Local Governments, Public Innovation, Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.
