FreakCon is an international event dedicated to celebrating popular culture in all its facets: TV series, manga, comics, animation, cinema, fantasy literature, role playing, board games, science fiction and video games. This festival, which is held on 7 and 8 March 2020 at the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga, was created with the aim of becoming a meeting point for creators, artists, fans and the general public. In its third edition, FreakCon received more than 30,000 visitors, making it one of the most important festivals in Spain for its content, guests and number of attendees.
