By means of this form, I exercise my right to limitation of processing, in accordance with what is provided for in article 18 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR), and request that the COMPANY proceed to limit the processing of the data of the affected person (or their representative) for the following reason: *The affected person challenges the accuracy of the personal data and requests that it be blocked while the COMPANY verifies the accuracy thereof.The affected person considers the processing to be unlawful and requests that it be limited in its use.The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the affected person does for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.The affected person has objected to the processing in accordance with article 21 of the GDPR, section 1, while it is verified whether the legitimate reasons of the controller prevail over those of the interested party.
