FYCMA GOES TO THE EUROPEAN SUMMIT OF PROFESSIONALS OF THE CONGRESS AND EVENT INDUSTRY
FYCMA (Palace of Congresses and Fairs of Malaga) participates in the summit ‘PCMA European Influencers Summit’, that during the days 23, 24 and 25 of September brings together in Seville to more than 200 professionals of the industry of congresses and meetings. The Palace is present in one of the most important sectorial events in Europe, an opportunity to access potential international clients and to be aware of the latest trends in the sector.
Representatives of FYCMA (Palace of Congresses and Fairs of Malaga) attend from Sunday 23 to Wednesday 25 to the meeting ‘PCMA European Influencers Summit’ promoted by the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), the main international network of professionals linked to the congress and meetings industry. The summit, which last year took place in Montecarlo (Monaco), is held on this occasion to the city of Seville and brings together more than 200 organizers and specialized agents from all over Europe, as well as the United States and Canada.
The call, designed to allow the generation of ideas and the exchange of experiences, includes a specialized program with different training sessions, networking and visits. This is a meeting that will unravel the keys to changing the model of the MICE sector -acronym in English for meetings, incentives, congresses and exhibitions- based on innovation. In addition, it will promote professional recycling and specialization in the hands of first-level experts, which will allow FYCMA to access the latest trends to apply them in their day-to-day. Together with this, it is an opportunity to publicize the offer of the site and the destination of Malaga to potential international customers. In addition, the Palace representatives have traveled with a specific promotion and marketing plan that will allow them to establish business contacts with organizers, companies and associations.
PCMA is a non-profit association based in Chicago (United States) that groups more than 7,000 members. It has partners and collaborators with presence in America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Its priority objectives are to connect these professionals, inspire new business models and encourage training through scholarships, research and education.
