This is the case of architects, surveyors and technical architects, industrial engineers, experts and industrial technical engineers, lawyers, property managers and agents of real estate. The fourteenth edition of the show will take place between the next 16th and 18th of November.

SIMed, Real Estate Exhibition of the Mediterranean, will enable in its fourteenth edition a specific space for colleges and sector organizations linked to the fields of construction, building and real estate, one more step in the consolidation of the professional dimension of the meeting. This is the case of the official colleges of Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Technical Architects; Experts and Industrial Technical Engineers (COPITIMA) and Lawyers of the province of Malaga. The Official Association of Property Administrators of Málaga and Melilla also participates and, at the national level, the General Council of Official Associations of Real Estate Agents (CGCOAPI). All of them will have a presence in the exhibition area to inform about market trends and news, as well as provide advice on these areas to the attending public.
